We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak periods (such as the Christmas season) or because of customs and carrier delays.

Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.

Christmas orders: to give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please order by 1 December. Orders placed after that may arrive after 25 December.

Customs and duties: some countries may charge import taxes or duties on delivery; these are the customer's responsibility where they apply.
